Job summary

LifeBank Microfinance Foundation, Inc. (LBF) is seeking a dedicated SSP Field Associate to implement and monitor social services programs for LBF-IMP members. You will organize program records and documentation, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely updates on progress.

Based in the Philippines, the role requires willingness to be assigned anywhere in the country, with strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a field setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Social Work, Development Studies, or related fields.
• Preferably with field-based work experience.
• Experience in handling concerns, organizing and conducting trainings.
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines.

Job Summary:

The SSP Field Associate (SSP-FA) is responsible of implementing and monitoring the social services programs for LBF-IMP members. Organize and maintain program records and documentation. Handles concerns and coordination to/from stakeholders. Aligns program status with involved stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Social Work, Development Studies, or related fields
• Preferably with relevant field-based work experience
