Job summary

Etaily is seeking an enthusiastic Social Commerce Support role in Manila to assist client relationships and daily operations across platforms like TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, E-Commerce, or related field.
• 2–3 years of full-time experience in account coordination, social commerce, or digital operations.
• Foundational understanding of e-commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada) and familiarity with creator content or livestreaming formats.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail and ability to track multiple deliverables under tight deadlines.
• Data-literate with basic Excel/Google Sheets and willingness to learn platform seller tools and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day account management tasks and campaigns for assigned brand accounts.
• Ensure daily campaign steps and price checks across TikTok Shop and marketplaces are executed accurately.
• Support livestream readiness, pre-live checklists, host briefs, and voucher testing.
• Provide timely data tracking reports with views, CTR, orders, GMV, and creator output.
• Collaborate with Creative, MCN, and Production to deliver briefs and track assets and deadlines.
• Gather marketplace insights, monitor algorithm trends, and track competitor activity.
• Perform ad-hoc admin tasks and resolve basic account queries.
• Escalate issues and bottlenecks to Account Managers with proactive updates.
