Job summary

Etaily is seeking a proactive Social Commerce Operations Assistant in Metro Manila to support day-to-day account coordination and live campaigns across platforms like TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada. You will work closely with the Social Commerce team to ensure accurate reporting, campaign readiness, and efficient cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, E-Commerce, or related field.
• 2–3 years of full-time experience in account coordination, social commerce, or digital operations.
• Foundational understanding of e-commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada) and familiarity with creator content or livestreaming formats.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail and ability to track multiple deliverables under tight deadlines.
• Data-literate with basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and a willingness to learn platform seller tools and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day account management tasks, acting as operational support for assigned brand accounts and maintaining up-to-date campaign schedules.
• Ensure that daily campaign operational steps are executed accurately, including checking product listings, voucher setups, and promotional prices across TikTok Shop and marketplace platforms.
• Support livestream execution and readiness, coordinating pre-live checklists, product sample availability, host briefs, and voucher testing before broadcasts go live.
• Deliver timely and accurate daily/weekly data tracking reports, gathering performance metrics such as views, CTR, orders, GMV, and creator output for internal review.
• Monitor real-time live broadcasts and content executions, taking operational notes, flagging technical/inventory issues immediately, and tracking audience engagement.
• Work closely with internal cross-functional teams—including Creative, MCN, and Production to deliver creative briefs, follow up on asset status, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Help gather marketplace and platform insights, monitoring competitor activities, algorithm trends, and emerging social commerce mechanics.
• Perform ad-hoc administrative and operational support tasks, helping resolve basic account queries, managing sample tracking, and organizing account drives.
• Provide timely updates and feedback to Account Managers, escalating account issues, operational bottlenecks, or inventory shortages proactively.
