Qualifications

• Basic understanding of sales processes, online selling, and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in achieving revenue targets and business goals across TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada.
• Generate leads and respond to customer inquiries via e-commerce platforms, social media, and other sales channels.
• Maintain accurate sales records, customer data, and platform performance reports.
• Plan, coordinate, and help implement monthly product promotions and platform-specific campaigns.
• Prepare and submit monthly sales and performance reports for management review.
• Support senior sales team members in daily sales operations, client coordination, and platform management.
• Monitor basic sales trends, promotions, and customer feedback across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales initiatives with digital campaigns and promotions.
