Job summary

TeamQuest Technology, Inc. seeks an Electronics Manufacturing Engineer with 3–5 years in SMT or PCB assembly to join our Dasmariñas, Cavite team. You will work with SMT processes, materials, and equipment and perform hands-on setup on SMT lines, including Panasonic equipment.

Candidates should understand reflow profiling, soldering, IPC standards, and ESD controls, with strong analytical and teamwork skills to improve quality and yield in production.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in SMT or PCB assembly manufacturing.
• Solid knowledge of SMT processes, materials, and equipment.
• Hands‑on experience with SMT machines, preferably Panasonic equipment.
• Familiarity with IPC standards and ESD control practices.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
