Job summary

GitLab is hiring an Associate Solutions Architect for SMB EMEA. You will guide customers through GitLab’s DevSecOps platform, shaping architectures and leading technical evaluations from planning to value delivery.

You’ll partner with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption and revenue growth. Reporting to a regional manager, you will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, Product, and Marketing to deliver customer value and drive digital

Qualifications

• Experience in pre-sales, consulting or similar roles guiding solution design.
• Understanding of end-to-end software development lifecycle and DevSecOps.
• Ability to lead technical evaluations, workshops and value assessments.

Responsibilities

• Engage with SMB EMEA customers to design GitLab-driven architectures.
• Lead technical evaluations, proofs of value, and workshop design.
• Collaborate with Sales, Success, Engineering, Product and Marketing.
• Drive platform adoption and influence revenue growth through solution selling.
• Serve as customer advocate to internal teams and build trust-based relationships.
• Continuously develop professionally and stay current with GitLab technologies.
