Qualifications

• At least college level.
• Good personality & professional appearance.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of gaming machines is desired.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Independent, responsible and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to guests and staff, to build good customer relationships.
• Greet guests warmly and maintain a neat and professional appearance.
• Ensure gaming machines are working properly and fix minor issues; refill slot tickets when needed.
• Report broken machines and escalate to technician or supervisor.
• Walk around assigned areas and respond quickly to guest concerns or service calls.
• Assist guests with machines and share information about events and services.
• Explain how games work, payouts and jackpots.
• Assist with machine payouts per department guidelines.
• Report problems such as safety issues, rude or drunk guests, or cheating.
