Job summary

Project One Studios is seeking a content scriptwriter to craft engaging, conversion-focused scripts for TikTok, Reels, and other digital platforms. You will translate skincare information into consumer-friendly messaging and develop hooks, CTAs, and campaigns across awareness, consideration, and purchase stages.

The role requires 1–3 years in scriptwriting or social media content creation, with a portfolio of skincare or beauty content preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Creative Writing or related field preferred.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in scriptwriting, copywriting, content writing, or social media content creation.
• Experience writing content for skincare, beauty, cosmetics, wellness, FMCG, or e-commerce brands is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, short-form video content, social media trends, and digital marketing.
• Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Strong ability to create compelling hooks and persuasive CTAs.
• Able to simplify product and ingredient information into consumer-friendly messaging.
• Strong research skills and attention to detail.
• Creative, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to manage multiple scripts, campaigns, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Familiarity with basic content performance metrics and social media analytics is an advantage.
• A portfolio demonstrating relevant scripts, copywriting samples, or social media content is required/preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop scripts for TikTok, Reels, short-form videos, advertisements, and other digital platforms.
• Create scripts based on product features, benefits, audience, and brand messaging.
• Translate skincare information into simple, relatable content for consumers.
• Develop hooks, storytelling angles, CTAs, and concepts to boost engagement and conversions.
• Create scripts for different stages of the customer journey: awareness, consideration, purchase.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, E-commerce, KOL, and Live Commerce teams.
• Coordinate with content creators, KOLs, Live Hosts, and production teams for feasibility.
• Monitor trends in TikTok, beauty, skincare, and social media; incorporate into concepts.
• Revise scripts based on performance data and campaign requirements.
• Ensure content follows brand guidelines and platform policies for skincare claims.
• Maintain a library of scripts, concepts, hooks, and angles for future campaigns.
• Support development of campaign concepts, product launches, promotions, and seasonal content.
