Job summary

Private Advertiser in Metro Manila seeks a Six Sigma Black Belt Lead to drive enterprise-wide transformation and continuous improvement across the organization. You will lead major process improvement initiatives, partner with senior stakeholders, and deliver measurable performance gains.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years as a Six Sigma Black Belt, proven success on 3-5 projects, and strong change management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Six Sigma Black Belt leading large-scale improvements.
• 3–5 Six Sigma projects completed with measurable results.
• Experience solving critical business, operational, or customer issues.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Background in driving organizational change and transformation programs.
• Six Sigma Black Belt Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide process improvement and transformation initiatives.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve critical operational, business, and customer-impacting challenges.
• Drive continuous improvement programs using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
