Job summary

Pinnacle Intelligence in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila, Philippines, seeks a Data & Performance Analytics Lead who turns operational data into actionable insights to drive performance, quality, and strategic decision-making.

You will lead analytics, Lean Six Sigma initiatives, and Six Sigma project delivery from Define through Control, building dashboards, supporting leadership, and guiding Green Belt/Black Belt teams toward measurable improvements for Pinnacle and its clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of relevant analytics, business intelligence, process improvement, or operational excellence experience.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification with demonstrated DMAIC experience.
• Strong data analysis, statistical analysis, and data visualization using Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across operations, quality, productivity, and business performance.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and management reports to support decision-making.
• Lead and coach Green Belt and Black Belt projects; manage DMAIC initiatives from Define through Control.
• Provide executive-level insights and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
• Promote data-driven culture and contribute to templates, methodologies, and tools.
