Job summary

Pinnacle Intelligence seeks a Data & Performance Analytics Lead to transform operational and business data into actionable insights that drive performance, quality, and strategic decisions across the organization.

You will combine data analytics, Lean Six Sigma, and process improvement, lead Green Belt/Black Belt projects, coach teams, and partner with Operations, Quality, Workforce, and Technology to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3–5+ years analytics or operational excellence experience.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification with DMAIC project experience.
• Strong data analysis, statistics, and data visualization using Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational, quality, productivity, customer, and business performance data.
• Translate data into clear business insights for leadership.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and management reports.
