Job summary

Pinnacle Intelligence is seeking a Data & Performance Analytics Lead who will transform operational and business data into actionable insights to drive performance, efficiency, quality, and strategic decisions. You will lead analytics, Lean Six Sigma initiatives, and project leadership across cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong data-driven problem solving, Six Sigma Black Belt expertise, and the ability to present findings to leadership and, later, to Pinnacle's clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3–5+ years of analytics experience.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification with DMAIC experience.
• Strong data analysis, statistics, and data visualization skills.
• Hands-on experience with Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational, quality, productivity, and business data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Translate data into clear, actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and reports to support decision-making.
• Identify leading and lagging indicators to improve visibility into performance.
• Coach and lead Green Belt/Black Belt projects using DMAIC methodologies.
