Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Operations Lead in the Philippines to oversee inbound, storage, picking, packing and dispatch. The role requires strong leadership, team coordination and the ability to manage multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.

You will ensure SLA adherence, productivity and quality benchmarks, train staff, monitor inventory accuracy and drive safety and compliance across the site.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of warehouse/retail/dark store operations.
• Proven leadership and team-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good coordination and communication in English and Tagalog.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, WMS, email).
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations: inbound, storage, picking, packing & dispatch.
• Ensure SLA adherence, productivity & quality benchmarks.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, cycle counts & shrinkage control.
• Lead, train & manage the store team.
• Coordinate with planning, dispatch & transport teams.
• Ensure safety, hygiene & statutory compliance.
• Handle escalations and peak volume operations.
• Maintain MIS reports (manpower, productivity, inventory, cost).
