Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee inbound, storage, picking, packing and dispatch processes, ensuring smooth daily operations and adherence to SLAs.

You will lead and train the store team, coordinate with planning, dispatch and transport, monitor inventory accuracy, safety and compliance, and maintain MIS reports on manpower, productivity, inventory and cost.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate leadership and ability to manage a team
• Proven experience handling warehouse/retail/dark store operations
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively in English and Tagalog

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations: inbound, storage, picking, packing and dispatch
• Ensure SLA adherence, productivity and quality benchmarks
• Monitor inventory accuracy, cycle counts and shrinkage control
• Lead, train and manage the store team
• Coordinate with planning, dispatch and transport teams
• Ensure safety, hygiene and statutory compliance
• Handle escalations and peak volume operations
• Maintain MIS reports: manpower, productivity, inventory, cost
