Job summary
Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking an Inbound Warehouse Supervisor to oversee inbound receiving, inspection, put-away, and inventory control. The role requires a bachelor's degree in logistics or related field, 3+ years in warehouse operations with at least 1 year in supervision, and hands-on experience with WMS, scanners, and RF
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
- Minimum 3 years warehouse operations experience with at least 1 year in supervision.
- Strong knowledge of inbound receiving, inventory management and WMS.
- Experience with barcode scanners, RF devices and warehouse equipment.
- Ability to supervise, train, and motivate staff; strong leadership.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily inbound receiving, unloading, inspection, and put-away activities to ensure timely processing.
- Monitor inbound workflow and allocate manpower to meet requirements and SLAs.
- Ensure all incoming goods are received, verified, and recorded in the WMS.
- Investigate discrepancies involving quantities, damages, and documentation.
- Supervise warehouse assistants and team leaders in inbound operations.
- Conduct training, coaching, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
