Responsibilities

• Provide accurate timekeeping in construction to save project cost and minimize disputes with employees.
• Record information on workers hours perfectly; avoidance of making incorrect entries.
• Collect and enter numerous sets of data, including workers’ names, ages, pay rates into a computer system.
• Conduct regular site inspection to ensure all laborers are at their workstations.
• Implement and explain new employee orientation programs.
• Ensures to adhere to labor laws.
• Maintains the meeting schedules in the project.
