Your Role

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, and enterprise applications.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity to ensure optimal infrastructure operations.
• Perform regular system updates, patching, and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system, server, and application-related issues in a timely manner.
• Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes to ensure business continuity.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in system administration or infrastructure support roles.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux server environments.
• Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper‑V).
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals and system security best practices.

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python).
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, Splunk).
• Experience with backup solutions and disaster recovery planning.
• Exposure to ITIL processes and enterprise IT environments.
