Job summary

Shopee Philippines is seeking an Operations Lead to supervise daily warehouse activities, including inbound, storage, picking, packing and dispatch, while ensuring SLA and quality benchmarks.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent coordination (English + Tagalog), and proficiency with Excel and WMS; immediate joiners preferred and you will drive inventory accuracy and safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Warehouse/Retail/Dark store operations.
• Good leadership & team handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong coordination & communication skills (English + Tagalog).
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WMS, Email).
• Immediate Joiners.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations: inbound, storage, picking, packing & dispatch.
• Ensure SLA adherence, productivity & quality benchmarks.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, cycle counts & shrinkage control.
• Lead, train & manage the store team.
• Coordinate with planning, dispatch & transport teams.
• Ensure safety, hygiene & statutory compliance.
• Handle escalations and peak volume operations.
• Maintain MIS reports (manpower, productivity, inventory, cost).
