Job summary

Philippines HVAC Services Corporation is seeking a dedicated Project in Charge to support the Project Manager in overseeing HVAC construction projects on-site. You will lead on-site execution, coordinate with property management, and ensure timely completion of all HVAC installation tasks.

Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors and engineers, supervising personnel, and providing regular progress updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proficient in VRF or water-cooled systems.
• At least 1 year of experience handling HVAC projects.
• Project management skills are advantageous.
• Ability to diagnose faults in air-conditioning systems and provide solutions.
• Proficient in addressing general air-conditioning equipment and system failures.
• Excellent interpersonal communication to collaborate with team and clients.
• Willing to be assigned on project site.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in coordinating on-site HVAC construction activities.
• Lead and manage personnel on-site to ensure project execution and completion.
• Prepare necessary materials before construction and liaise with property management to support the Project Manager.
• Maintain communication with property management during and after construction to assist in oversight.
• Collect data on project construction acceptance and coordinate for acceptance with property management.
• Coordinate with general contractors, consultants, engineers on site, technicians and other personnel on site.
• Weekly monitoring and reporting of project progress.
• Report and escalate issues to management as needed to ensure smooth project flow.
