ADSIA Logistics Inc. is seeking an experienced Site Manager based in Iloilo City to oversee daily logistics and transport facility operations. You will lead site teams, ensure safety standards, optimize resources and drive productivity across all site functions.

This role reports to senior management and requires strong leadership and adherence to service quality. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in site/logistics management, strong knowledge of inventory control, ERP/WMS, and proficiency in MS

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, including receiving, sorting, storage and dispatch.
• Lead and develop site staff; handle hiring, training and performance reviews.

• Monitor inventory levels and stock movements; maintain records.
• Implement QA procedures to meet customer SLAs.
• Manage site budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate with logistics coordinators and external stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site inspections and maintenance checks.

About the role

ADSIA Logistics Inc. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Site Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. Based in Iloilo City, Iloilo, this position is central to our operations, overseeing the day-to-day management of our logistics and transport facility. As Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring operational excellence, maintaining safety standards, optimizing resource efficiency, and driving productivity across all site functions. This role reports directly to senior management and requires strong leadership capabilities to manage teams and maintain our commitment to service quality.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee all site operations including receiving, sorting, storage, and dispatch of goods to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery
• Manage and supervise site staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and discipline procedures to maintain a motivated and skilled workforce
• Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards across all operational areas
• Monitor and control inventory levels, track stock movements, and maintain accurate records to prevent discrepancies and loss
• Implement and maintain quality assurance procedures to meet or exceed customer expectations and service level agreements
• Manage site budgets, monitor expenditures, and identify cost‑saving opportunities without compromising operational standards
• Coordinate with logistics coordinators, transport teams, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations
• Conduct regular site inspections and maintenance checks to ensure facilities remain in optimal working condition
• Prepare and report on key performance indicators, operational metrics, and safety records to management
• Lead by example, demonstrating commitment to safety culture and operational excellence across the facility

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in site management, logistics operations, or warehouse management within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics sector
• Proven track record of successfully managing operational teams and delivering measurable improvements in productivity and efficiency
• Strong knowledge of logistics operations, supply chain management, and inventory control systems
• Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and retain staff
• Demonstrated commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards with knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices
• Proficiency in using logistics management software, warehouse management systems, and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with excellent attention to detail
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work flexibly, including occasional shift work or weekend availability as operational needs require
• Relevant certification or qualification in logistics, supply chain management, or operations management is highly desirable
