As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions of Aon's Business Services' COE.
As the COE Leader, you will be responsible for leading colleagues, setting priorities, ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, and building capabilities to support the needs of the organization. To achieve this, you will work in collaboration with various groups, geographies, and functions to optimize client delivery processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and working with different teams to streamline operations.
