Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Operations Lead in the Philippines to manage daily inbound, storage, picking, packing and dispatch activities. You will lead and train the store team, drive SLA adherence, and monitor inventory accuracy and costs.

You'll coordinate with planning, dispatch and transport teams, ensure safety, hygiene and compliance, and maintain MIS reports on manpower, productivity and shrinkage control. Immediate joiners encouraged.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Warehouse/Retail/Dark store operations
• Good leadership & team handling skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong coordination & communication skills [English + Tagalog]
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WMS, Email)
