DAEA TI TRANSPORTATION PHILIPPINES INC. is seeking a qualified Site Installation Engineer to manage AFC system installation for the MRT-7 project. You will supervise installation activities, ensure quality, and coordinate with civil contractors at multiple MRT-7 sites.

The role requires experience in AFC systems (AG and TVM), electrical/ELV installations, and strong coordinating and inspection skills. On-site work across MRT-7 sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Communications Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in electrical, ELV, telecommunications, or railway system installations.
• Able to read shop drawings, cable schedules, and technical specifications.
• Experienced in construction supervision, manpower coordination, and subcontractor management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise AFC equipment installation, including Automatic Gates (AG) and Ticket Vending Machines (TVM).
• Manage cable laying, termination, conduit works, and equipment mounting.
• Review shop drawings, cable schedules, and technical specifications for proper installation.
• Monitor daily progress, manpower allocation, and subcontractor performance.
• Conduct site inspections and verify compliance with drawings, specs, and quality standards.
• Perform and document IST, insulation resistance tests, and IST records.
• Prepare inspection requests, progress reports, test records, and punch lists.
• Coordinate with civil contractors and railway teams to resolve site issues.
• Identify installation defects and supervise corrective works.
• Ensure compliance with safety and QA/QC requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site installation activities, managing construction progress, ensuring installation quality, and conducting installation inspections and tests.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the installation of AFC equipment, including Automatic Gates (AG), Ticket Vending Machines (TVM), and associated equipment.
• Manage cable laying, cable termination, conduit works, equipment mounting, and other related installation activities.
• Review shop drawings, cable schedules, and technical specifications to ensure proper installation.
• Monitor daily construction progress, manpower allocation, and subcontractor performance.
• Conduct site inspections and verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Perform and document cable continuity tests, insulation resistance tests, and Installation Site Tests (IST).
• Prepare inspection requests, daily progress reports, test records, and punch lists.
• Coordinate with civil contractors, subcontractors, and other railway system teams to resolve site issues.
• Identify installation defects and supervise corrective works.
• Ensure compliance with project safety and quality requirements.

About you
