Job summary

Bondlite Engineering Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a capable Site Coordination Engineer to monitor and coordinate on-site activities for timely delivery of M&E projects. You will support the Project Manager, liaise with consultants, contractors, and architects, and ensure compliance with Electrical, ACMV, Fire Protection, and Plumbing & Sanitary standards. The role requires 3–8 years in M&E within office fit-out and construction environments, with immediate availability preferred.

Qualifications

• NTC, Diploma, or Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Knowledge of Electrical, ACMV, Fire Protection, and Plumbing & Sanitary systems relevant to Singapore projects.
• Minimum 3 to 8 years of experience in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering works within office fit-out and construction industries.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and document site progress to ensure accurate tracking of project execution and timely completion.
• Develop and maintain detailed schedules for work activities and inspections to meet project deadlines.
• Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, architects, and subcontractors to resolve site issues and facilitate smooth operations.
• Report project progress and elevate issues regularly to the Project Manager to support informed decision-making.
• Assist the Project Manager with ad-hoc tasks to enhance overall project delivery and efficiency.

Job Summary
