Job summary

SINIAN INT\'L CORPORATION is seeking a Site Engineer (Civil) to oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, schedules, and safety standards in telecommunication tower projects.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree and at least 2 years of tower construction experience, preferably in Full Turn-Key projects. Willingness to be assigned in NCR, with strong coordination, planning, and QA documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in telecommunication tower construction (Full Turn-Key).
• Preferably Site Engineer in Civil/Construction Engineering.
• Willing to assign in NCR

Responsibilities

• Project Supervision: Lead and monitor construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, schedules, and safety standards.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure all work meets engineering and company standards and adheres to client specifications.
• Coordination: Liaise with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient workflow and timely delivery of materials and services.
• Documentation: Prepare and submit progress reports, site diaries, and quality assurance documentation for project tracking.
• Problem-Solving: Address on-site issues related to construction, quality, and safety, proposing effective solutions when challenges arise.
• Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols, conducting risk assessments and ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
