Job summary

SINIAN INT'L CORPORATION is seeking a Site Engineer for Telecommunication (Telco) Projects in Cebu City to oversee on-site construction activities for telecom towers and related infrastructure. You will ensure quality, safety, and timely project delivery through effective coordination with multiple teams.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree with at least 2 years of Telco tower construction experience and strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in telecommunication tower construction (Full Turn-Key).
• Preferably has held roles as Project Manager, Construction Manager, or Site Engineer in Civil/Construction Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, schedules, and safety standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure all work meets engineering and company standards and adheres to client specifications.
• Liaise with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient workflow and timely delivery of materials and services.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, site diaries, and quality assurance documentation for project tracking.
• Address on-site issues related to construction, quality, and safety, proposing effective solutions when challenges arise.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols, conducting risk assessments and ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
