Excel Coil Coating Corp. seeks a motivated Site Engineer to join our project engineering team. You will supervise roofing installation on-site across the Philippines, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and high-quality results.

Fresh Civil Engineering graduates are welcome, with training provided. The role requires stay-in assignment to roofing projects anywhere in the Philippines and the ability to read drawings and collaborate with HQ and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required; fresh graduates welcomed and trained.
• Willing to stay on-site for roofing projects across the Philippines.
• Ability to work independently at site with HQ guidance.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards and quality management systems.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate roofing installation on-site across the Philippines.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers for seamless delivery.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and other docs.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulations, and quality standards.
• Prepare progress reports and assist in engineering team reporting.

About the role

Excel Coil Coating Corp. is seeking a highly motivated Site Engineer to join our project engineering team. As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of our roofing installation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work on both short-term and long-term projects.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate the construction and installation of roofing solutions on-site (across the Philippines)

• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure seamless project delivery

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and other technical documents

• Identify and resolve any technical issues that arise during the project

• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards

• Prepare detailed progress reports and documentation to monitor activities and aid in the preparation of other reports of the Engineering Team

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our engineering processes and procedures

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; fresh graduates preferred and willing to be trained

• Must be willing to render stay-in assignment to roofing projects anywhere in the Philippines

• Able to work independently at site while receiving instructions by the Engineering Team at HQ

• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

• Strong technical skills and the ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

• Familiarity with relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and quality management systems
