Qualifications

• At least Two (2) years of experience in telecom infrastructure projects; Huawei project experience is a strong advantage.
• Willing to travel and work on-site.
• Must own a vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license.

• Inspect and evaluate sub-contractors’ work.

Job description

• Monitor daily site operations to ensure compliance with design plans, specifications, and quality requirements.
• Inspect and evaluate sub-contractors’ work to ensure adherence to project standards, timelines, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors for efficient workflow and problem resolution.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports, work accomplishments, and site documentation.
• Monitor project schedules and provide recommendations to prevent or address delays.
• Ensure strict implementation of safety and housekeeping policies on-site.
• Check and verify material deliveries and usage to maintain proper inventory control.
• Conduct site inspections, testing, and quality assurance activities as needed.
• Attend coordination meetings and provide technical support for project execution.
• Liaise with suppliers and ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or related field)
• With at least Two (2) experience in telecom infrastructure projects; Huawei project experience is a strong advantage
• Proficient in reading technical drawings and interpreting scopes of work
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in MS Office and reporting tools
• Willing to travel and work on-site is required.
• Must own a vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Preferably a resident of MIMAROPA Provinces.
