Job summary

AMD Electrical Contractors Inc. is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage daily site activities for repair, renovation, fit-out, and new construction projects in Metro Manila.

You will inspect sites, assess conditions, and ensure all work adheres to approved plans, codes, and quality standards. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in building projects, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate multiple crews across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil or architectural engineering.
• 3–5 years in building repair/maintenance, commercial renovations, fit-out works, or new construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and finishing works.
• Proven site supervision and contractor coordination experience.
• Proficient in MS Office for reporting and documentation.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Capable of supervising multiple crews and coordinating several projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities for repair, renovations, fit-out works, and new construction.
• Conduct site inspections and assess existing conditions prior to project implementation.
• Ensure works comply with approved plans, specs, quality standards, and building codes.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
• Monitor progress, productivity, workmanship, and material usage.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and site constraints.
• Prepare work schedules, daily reports, inspection reports, and project documentation.
• Verify quantities and monitor material deliveries for proper utilization.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Lead general foremen, skilled workers, and subcontractors to meet objectives.
