Job summary

Actuate Builders, Inc. seeks a licensed Engineer/Architect to lead site execution for medium- to high-rise construction and fit-out projects in Manila.

You will oversee daily operations, supervise engineers and subcontractors, and drive scheduling, QA/QC, and safety compliance to secure the Certificate of Completion (COC). The role requires 5–8 years of relevant experience, proficiency in MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD, and MS Office, and familiarity with Philippine building codes.

Qualifications

• Licensed Engineer or Architect (PRC registered) required.
• 5–8 years of experience in medium- to high-rise construction and fit-out.
• Proficient in MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD, MS Office.
• Familiar with Philippine building codes, QA/QC systems, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and supervise engineers, foremen, and subcontractors
• Lead construction scheduling — baseline, look-ahead, and recovery schedules; track progress and manage delays
• Review and validate subcontractor/supplier billings before payment approval
• Coordinate QA/QC inspections, NCR closures, and compliance with approved methodology
• Serve as primary on-site point of contact for clients, consultants, and building admin
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
• Drive project completion — closing punchlists/NCRs, completing testing & commissioning, and securing the COC
• Enforce site safety and HSE compliance

Medium- to High-Rise Building Construction & Fit-Out

About the Role

Lead site execution, scheduling, and quality control for construction and fit-out projects — from ground activities through to securing the Certificate of Completion (COC) from the client.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and supervise engineers, foremen, and subcontractors
• Lead construction scheduling — baseline, look-ahead, and recovery schedules; track progress and manage delays
• Review and validate subcontractor/supplier billings before payment approval
• Coordinate QA/QC inspections, NCR closures, and compliance with approved methodology
• Serve as primary on-site point of contact for clients, consultants, and building admin
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
