Job summary

SINIAN INT'L CORPORATION is seeking an Electrical Engineer to supervise electrical installation and construction at project sites and ensure compliance with plans, specs, safety, and quality. You will oversee testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems and coordinate with managers, contractors, and clients for on-time completion.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, REE, and 1–2 years of high-voltage project experience (230kV–500kV).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• REE certification required.
• 1–2 years of experience in high-voltage projects (230kV–500kV).
• Experience in building construction and electrical project implementation.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, testing, commissioning, and standards.
• Proficient in reading electrical drawings and specifications.
• Willing to travel and be assigned to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor all electrical installation and construction activities at project sites.
• Ensure electrical works comply with approved plans, technical specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Oversee the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and clients to ensure timely project completion.
• Conduct site inspections and identify technical issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Monitor project schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient project execution.
• Review electrical drawings, plans, and technical documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to occupational health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.
• Prepare site reports, progress updates, inspection reports, and project documentation.
• Lead and supervise site personnel, ensuring productivity, quality workmanship, and compliance with company policies.
• Support project handover activities and ensure successful completion of punch-list items.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD (preferred).
• Willing to travel and be assigned to project sites as required.
