Job summary

Pancrudo Builders Corporation in Cavite is seeking a talented Site Project Engineer/Architect to oversee construction projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

You will manage daily site operations, interpret plans, develop detailed schedules and budgets, coordinate with subcontractors and clients, monitor progress, enforce safety and building codes, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• PRC Licensed Engineer or Architect.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Site Project Engineer/Architect or similar in construction.
• Proven track record of managing construction projects end-to-end.
• Ability to manage, lead, and instruct site workers.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations.
• Ability to estimate material quantities for site acquisition/cutting list.
• Driver’s license with ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles.

As a Site Project Engineer/Architect, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful execution of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. What you'll be doing

What we're looking for

3. Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Site Project Engineer/Architect or in a similar role within the construction industry

4. Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish

5. CAN MANAGE, LEAD, HANDLE, AND GIVE INSTRUCTIONS TO SITE WORKERS.

6. Strong problem-solving and decision‑making skills, with the ability to think critically and find innovative solutions

7. Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices

8. Must know how to estimate material quantities for site acquisition/ Cutting list.

9. Preferably knows how to drive automobile (manual & automatic) with valid drivers license.
