Job summary

Silong Ambiant Dekor Co. Ltd. is seeking a Site Supervisor in Laguna to oversee daily construction activities and supervise subcontractors, laborers, and site operatives.

You will interpret drawings, inspect workmanship, monitor materials and inventory, and ensure quality and safety compliance on site. Regular progress reporting to the Project Manager is required, and you will proactively address design discrepancies and bottlenecks.

Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: Oversee daily construction activities, managing subcontractors, laborers, and site operatives to ensure work progresses according to the master schedule.
• Technical Quality Control: Interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications, ensuring precise execution and high-quality workmanship.
• Materials & Inventory: Monitor the delivery, quality, and optimal usage of construction materials and equipment on-site to minimize waste.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce occupational health and safety (OHS) standards, ensuring all site personnel adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.
• Progress Reporting: Ensure site progress is updated to the Project Manager and/or other involved parties for monitoring.
• Problem Solving: Identify technical bottlenecks or design discrepancies on-site and proactively propose practical engineering solutions
