Responsibilities

• Checking designs, drawings, and setting out the site to ensure everything matches the plans.
• Overseeing daily work and monitor the progress of the site development works, managing subcontractors, and guiding construction crews.
• Coordinate and communicate internally with the project director, project manager, staff, operator/drivers, and laborers for swift operations on site
• Coordinate and communicate externally with suppliers, subcontractors, stakeholders, partners, and the client
• Writing daily logs, tracking progress, and updating project schedules.
• Inspecting materials and completed work to meet industry standards.
• Enforcing health and safety rules and government regulations on site.
