Responsibilities

• Monitor project site progress and ensure compliance with design specifications, safety, and sanitation standards
• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure correct implementation of work based on approved plans and specifications in accordance with standard construction guidelines
• Oversee all house construction and land development activities
• Review and ensure completeness of the scope of work, drawings, and list of materials
• Estimate or verify labor, materials, tools, equipment, and shop work
• Review the status of all construction materials
• Request construction materials from the purchasing department
• Conduct weekly toolbox meetings with all contractors and/or foremen
• Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends through actual site verification
• Recommend necessary actions to ensure buyers' satisfaction at least cost

About the role

Oversees the whole activities of the project site. Monitors construction progress and status, resolves issues through proper coordination with immediate supervisors, ensures timely procurement of construction materials based on the construction stage, and oversees entire site safety. Provides immediate solutions to on-site problems and ensures timely completion of construction with adherence to quality standards and control over the construction of housing units.
