Job summary

Luxzure Realty & Development Corporation in Cebu seeks an experienced Civil Engineer to oversee construction projects from planning to execution on site.

The role emphasizes coordination with architects and contractors, strict adherence to building codes, safety standards, and quality control to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, preferably a licensed Civil Engineer.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in horizontal and vertical construction projects.
• Experience handling both private and government projects.
• Proven experience in horizontal construction, including road concreting, drainage, STP, riprap, and PCCP works.
• Experience in vertical construction projects such as residential buildings, MPBs, and high-rise developments.
• Strong experience in structural and finishing works, with good project coordination, quality control, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project schedules, timelines, and construction activities to ensure timely completion.
• Oversee technical aspects of construction projects and ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure work meets approved plans, specifications, and standards.
• Manage project budgets, expenses, resources, and materials to support efficient project execution.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Resolve technical issues and construction-related conflicts, maintain project documentation, provide technical guidance, and prepare regular progress reports.
