MEBS Construction OPC, Cebu, is seeking an experienced Site Engineer to supervise construction projects within Cebu and other project locations. The role requires strong on-site leadership and coordination with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure quality and timely completion.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years in site engineering, excellent reporting skills, and the ability to read plans and specifications.
MEBS Construction OPC is looking for an experienced Site Engineer to handle and supervise construction projects within Cebu and other project locations.
Must have at least 5 years of experience as a Site Engineer
Strong experience in actual construction site supervision and project implementation
Knowledgeable in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications
Able to coordinate with architects, engineers, foremen, subcontractors, suppliers, and workers
Capable of monitoring construction quality, schedule, materials, manpower, and site progress
Able to prepare site reports, accomplishment reports, and project updates
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Willing to be assigned within the Cebu Region or outside Cebu, depending on project requirements
Supervise day-to-day construction activities
Ensure work follows approved plans, specifications, and quality standards
Monitor manpower, materials, and project accomplishments
Coordinate with the Project Manager, Architects, Engineers, and Management
Identify and report construction issues before they affect the project schedule or cost
Ensure proper implementation of construction procedures and safety requirements
Conduct site inspections and monitor subcontractor performance
Provide regular progress reports to Management
