Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to prepare and process progress billings.

• Ensure works comply with approved plans, specs and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project team, subcontractors, suppliers and clients.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly accomplishment reports.
• Identify and resolve site issues to maintain schedule and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and site safety requirements.
• Prepare bidding documents.
