Job summary

MAXIPACIFIC CORP. is seeking a Site and Compliance Officer in the Philippines to identify locations for new gasoline stations and ensure all permits, licenses, and regulatory documents are secured and maintained.

The role requires coordinating with owners, LGUs, and government agencies to ensure smooth establishment and operation of sites. The successful candidate will handle tax registrations, license renewals, and maintain organized filing systems, ensuring compliance throughout site

Responsibilities

• Conduct site scouting and identify potential locations for new gasoline stations
• Evaluate prospective sites based on location, accessibility, traffic volume, market potential, competition, and overall business feasibility
• Coordinate with property owners, landlords, brokers, and other relevant parties regarding potential site acquisition or leasing
• Conduct initial site inspections and gather necessary information and documents for management evaluation
• Assist in negotiating lease agreements and other site-related requirements
• Process and monitor all permits, licenses, registrations, and other government requirements necessary for the establishment and operation of gasoline stations
• Coordinate with government agencies, local government units (LGUs), and other regulatory bodies regarding compliance requirements
• Handle and monitor tax registrations and other business-related regulatory documents
• Ensure timely renewal and updating of permits, licenses, and compliance documents
• Maintain an organized database and filing system for all site-related and compliance documents
