AY ARTISAN CONSTRUCTION is seeking a skilled Site Civil Engineer to oversee civil works on projects in Cebu City, Cebu. You will manage site activities, ensure adherence to specs, safety standards, and schedules, and coordinate with project managers and architects to resolve technical issues.

You should have a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering and at least 5 years of site experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.

Responsibilities

AY ARTISAN CONSTRUCTION' is seeking a talented and experienced Site Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team in Cebu City, Cebu. As a Site Civil Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the execution of civil engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. What you'll be doing

• Manage and coordinate all civil engineering activities on construction sites, including site preparation, earthworks, foundations, and infrastructure
• Conduct site inspections and monitoring to ensure compliance with technical specifications, building codes, and safety regulations
• Liaise with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to address technical issues and find practical solutions
• Prepare detailed reports, drawings, and documentation to support project progress and decision-making
• Identify and address potential risks, challenges, and opportunities to optimize project outcomes
• Provide guidance and supervision to junior engineers and construction teams
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our construction processes and practices

What we're looking for
