Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Civil Engineer in the construction industry.
• Proficient in engineering software such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate civil engineering activities on construction sites, including site prep, earthworks, foundations and infrastructure.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with specifications, codes and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
• Prepare detailed reports, drawings and documentation to support project progress.
• Identify risks and opportunities to optimize project outcomes.
• Supervise junior engineers and construction teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of construction processes.
