Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or closely related field.
• Licensed Civil Engineer is preferred.
• Experience in construction management, site supervision, or project engineering.
• Knowledge of residential construction, land development, plans and specs.
• Familiar with permits and regulatory requirements (ECC, LLDA).
• Experience with project monitoring tools like Smartsheet is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing construction of housing units, amenities, and land development projects to meet schedule, cost, quality, and safety standards.
• Conduct pre-construction activities including site verification, permits, plan/spec review, pre-bid, and pre-construction meetings.
• Monitor daily activities to ensure workmanship and materials comply with plans and contract requirements.
• Monitor OSM inventory and deliveries; coordinate with Supply Chain Management.
