Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering degree required or equivalent.
• Experience with land development projects and permit processes is preferred.
• Knowledge of Civil3D CAD software and MS Office is required.

Responsibilities

• Collect and evaluate raw land data and prepare initial site reports.
• Supervise design and preparation of plans for permits, bidding, and construction.
• Provide solutions during construction and assist in shop drawings.
• Research new products and methods to reduce costs.
• Prepare evaluation reports for allied companies.
• Support corporate planning and attend meetings and company activities.
• Handle departmental meetings and administrative tasks.
