Licensed Engineer preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare Site Verification Reports noting lot boundaries, utilities, topography and site conditions.
Prepare building permits, SDP, and required permits to meet technical requirements.
Supervise pre-construction meetings, permits, and contract compliance with specifications.
Coordinate with Survey Dept. for layout points, landmarks, and boundary surveys.
Monitor OSM delivery, inventory, and ensure quality at site; document via MRM/MIS.
Conduct daily site inspections to verify workmanship and material compliance with plans.
Prepare weekly progress reports and participate in field coordination meetings.
Assist in post-construction tasks including occupancy documentation and snag resolution.
