You will oversee the preparation of plans, estimates, and documents for permit applications, bidding, and construction, ensuring alignment with site requirements and client needs. Responsibilities include raw land data collection, coordination with structural consultants, and providing solutions during construction to meet project approvals and milestones.

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer (RCE) is required.
• 5+ years of experience in civil design and engineering.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other civil design software.
• Willing to be assigned to Mandaluyong Office.

Responsibilities

• Will lead raw land studies and data evaluation with site inspections.
• Coordinate design with structural consultants for permits, bids, and constructions.
