FiberHome Phils., Inc. seeks a regulatory and permits specialist to lead permitting activities across the Philippines. The role requires liaising with government agencies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and securing timely approvals for telecom projects.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in related roles, strong negotiation and documentation skills, and willingness to travel to project sites under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, safety engineering, or business.
• 2–5 years of experience in permitting, regulatory compliance, or government liaison (ROW).
• Logistics and telecom project experience in the Philippines.
• Deep knowledge of DOLE-OSHC, DENR-MGB, environmental laws, LGU procedures.
• Experience with permit application processes nationwide.
• Proven track record securing permits in 3–5 days with zero compliance issues.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship skills with government agencies.
• Proficient in MS Office, documentation, and report writing.
• Willing to travel to sites and work under tight deadlines.
