Job summary

Hawksford seeks an experienced accounting and payroll professional to support Singapore clients from the Philippines. The role emphasizes accuracy, efficiency, and strong client service in delivering financial statements, payroll, tax compliance and regulatory reporting.

You will prepare financial statements under SFRS, manage monthly/quarterly/yearly bookkeeping, perform reconciliations, and assist with audits while maintaining high standards of compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in Singapore financial statements and statutory reporting.
• Familiarity with SFRS/IFRS where applicable.
• Detail-oriented with strong numerical acumen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full sets of financial statements in accordance with SFRS under senior review.
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual bookkeeping for Singapore entities.
• Perform bank reconciliations, balance sheet schedules and basic variance analysis.
• Prepare management accounts and XBRL filings for review.
• Assist with audits and statutory reporting including GST and withholding tax.
