Job summary

Hawksford Group Services (Philippines) Incorporated is seeking an experienced finance professional to join as a senior accounting leader. You will prepare and review financial statements under SFRS, manage month-end/year-end closings, and perform detailed reconciliations for Singapore entities while handling payroll compliance and XBRL filings.

You will consolidate multi-entity, multi-currency books, liaise with auditors, and provide advisory support to clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CPA, CA, or equivalent qualification preferred or equivalent experience.
Minimum 8 years accounting experience, 6+ in Singapore accounting/tax.
Experience in a professional services firm.
Strong knowledge of SFRS, Singapore tax/GST, ACRA/IRAS compliance.

Responsibilities

Prepare and review full sets of financial statements per SFRS.
Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual bookkeeping for Singapore entities.
Ensure timely month-end and year-end closings.
Perform bank reconciliations, balance sheet schedules, and variance analysis.
Prepare management accounts and detailed schedules (Bank, AR/AP, Prepayments, Fixed Assets, Intercompany).
Review client management accounts and post adjustments.
Prepare and submit XBRL filings; consolidate financial statements.
Consolidate across multiple entities with different currencies/year-ends.
Assist with audits and regulatory submissions (OED, etc.).
Payroll: process Singapore payroll and related statutory schedules.
