Job summary

Dexterton Corporation is seeking a Showroom and Sales Operations Manager to lead the showroom and retail sales team in San Juan, Metro Manila. You will drive sales growth, manage inventory, and ensure outstanding customer experiences while upholding company standards.

You will oversee daily operations, coach staff, implement sales strategies, and collaborate with regional teams to support launches and operational needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven showroom management or retail sales operations leadership experience.
• Ability to recruit, onboard, train, and manage a sales team.
• History of achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue growth.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, CRM, and inventory control.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily showroom and sales operations including cash management and security compliance.
• Lead, coach, and develop showroom sales team through recruitment and training.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and KPIs.
• Monitor sales performance, customer trends and market opportunities for growth.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve escalations; foster long-term relationships.
• Manage visual merchandising to align with branding and sales goals.
• Oversee inventory planning, stock replenishment, and regular audits.
• Analyze sales data and feedback to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with suppliers and regional management on launches and requirements.
• Ensure compliance with policies, health and safety regulations.
