Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers and respond to product inquiries.
• Provide basic information about products, prices, promotions, and availability.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare quotations and sales orders accurately.
• Follow up on inquiries and quotations.
• Assist customers throughout the purchasing process.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance on orders and deliveries.
• Maintain updated records of customer inquiries and sales transactions.
• Ensure showroom displays are clean, organized, and presentable.
• Support showroom promotions and events.
• Help achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and coordinate with the team.
• Perform other sales-related tasks as assigned.
